The Mandatory Continuing Legal Education policy was amended on March 16, 1999, by the Navajo Nation Supreme Court.  The MCLE policy requires each regular member of the NNBA, Inc. to attend and complete eleven (11) hours of approved programs each calendar year. In order to fulfill the MCLE requirements, each member must complete at least four hours in Navajo Law and two hours in Navajo Ethics. All active member are required to report their MCLE hours earned during the calendar year with payment of their membership dues.
